Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Modern Exterior Solutions is licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington. Our contractor license number is MODERES842ML.

Do you provide a labor warranty?
Yes. We back our work with a 5-year labor warranty. Specific warranty terms are included in your project agreement.

Can I send photographs of my project?
Yes. Contact our team and we’ll let you know how to send photos for a preliminary review of your home’s exterior.
